Remote Control

The remote control is not included, but can be purchased separately. Item no. 10000.

The remote control must be pointed directly at the transformer and has a range of approximately 5–10 metres.

You can control your Lucas string lights with a Sirius remote control if you have a newer transformer, for example model JT-DC31V6W-H5-IP44. This transformer is included with all new sets. On the packaging of the starter set, a remote control icon is shown, indicating that the remote control is compatible.

Older transformers, such as JT-DC31V6W-E4-IP44, are not compatible with the remote control. If you wish to use a remote control with an older set, you can purchase a compatible transformer here:

One light is not working – can it be replaced?
The bulbs in the Lucas string lights are permanently installed and unfortunately cannot be replaced individually.
If the issue is due to a defect covered by the warranty, we recommend contacting the store where the product was purchased. They will be able to assist you with a warranty claim or replacement.
